I have always been proud of my age and honest if anyone asks b/c I feel I have been blessed by God for 35 & 1/2 years of life on this earth, and thankful every morning for all that He has given me. And besides didn't I hear the other day that 40 is the new 30?
I'm sure this is the type of older person I will be...don't you?

This made me giggle out loud this morning. I recently saw a babushka (russian grandma) standing outside minus her very important undergarment. Before I realized what was missing I commented to Brian - "that woman must have a tumor in her stomach." She had a large lump around her middle. Guess it really happens to women just like the Hallmark cards portray it : ) Wear your over the shoulder boulder holder!
And no Brian most definately didn't make that last comment it was Gail.
Gail, that cracks me up!!! And, I'm proud that I knew what a babushka was before you said it! What story did I learn that in?
